Editorial Policy & Objectivity
Last Updated: March 30, 2026
At T-Packages, Trust is our Currency
Our readers rely on us to provide objective, unflinchingly honest analyses of mobile networks across the United States. We do not sell mobile plans, we do not process carrier top-ups, and we are not a telecom affiliate. We are purely an informational technology portal.
1. Complete Independence
Our editorial team operates completely independently from any telecom operator. None of our reviews, speed tests, or 5G coverage reports are paid for by standard carriers. We purchase our own testing SIM cards and hardware to ensure our analytics are completely blind and unbiased.
2. Data Collection Methodology
When we review a network, we don't just read press releases. Our testers actively log hours in rural areas, massive server hubs, downtown metro stations, and moving vehicles. We use industrial-grade speed-testing software to log packet drops, latency jitter, and raw DL/UL speeds.
3. Correction Policy
Accuracy is paramount. If a carrier updates a massive 5G band array causing our previous speeds to be outdated, we issue a clear "Updated" tag at the top of the review. We welcome tips from network engineers regarding new towers or technology deployments. You can reach our editors via our Contact Page.
4. No Pay-to-Play
We do not accept payment to remove negative reviews. If a network underperforms in an isolated rural zone like Montana or Idaho, we state the facts. No exceptions.
5. Sourcing
We heavily attribute third-party government data (like FCC maps) alongside our proprietary speed tests to give a holistic view of the "real" coverage map.
